What is a Return Policy

Return policies are the rules a retailer creates to manage how customers return and exchange unwanted merchandise they purchased. A return policy tells customers what items can be returned and for what reasons, as well as the timeframe over which returns are accepted.
Return Details & Exclusions
We want you to love your purchase item (s). If you not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item (s) within 7 days for a merchandise credit for future purchases:
(Excludes: *earrings, custom orders, incense, *sprays, *bath salts, *teas *essential oils, books, greeting cards, Tita’s Love Knits Merchandize & Little Hexing Corner – *cannot be accepted for return due to hygienic reasons and affiliate vendor policies).
Item must be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition, unworn, unused and unaltered in any way. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn.
Authorization Code Process
Please notify Divine Sisters Metaphysical Store, by email at (firstname.lastname@example.org) before returning your item in order to obtain a return authorization code. The returned article (s) must be accompanied by a sales receipt and a Return Authorization Code. The customer is responsible for the shipping and shipping fees of the returned product.
Items that have been worn or damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.
A merchandise credit will be given to the purchaser upon request, if payment has been received and the above criteria are met.
While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is a positive one.
