For Canada, USA & International
This is our process of preparing and packing an order and then sending it to our customer.
Order Processing
Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday). Custom orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Delivery
The following shipping methods are available within Canada:

Standard Ground (3–7 business days),

Expresspost (2-3 business days),

Priority Express (1-2 business days).
Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any of the shipping methods. Some items cannot be shipped using Priority Express due to size, weight, or delivery address. These items will only have Standard Ground available
Shipping rates to United States & International destinations
We NOW ship to USA and Internationally. Delivery depends on the location and it usually between 4-10 business days. However, some restrictions may apply for certain destinations and items. Customers are responsible for any other incurred charges such as custom fees, duties, shipping etc. Please feel free to contact us for further inquiries.
Shipping Restrictions
Orders placed on Fridays after 5pm EST are processed on the following Monday. All orders are shipped to a physical address.
Payment approval is required prior to shipping, including shipping and handling charges and any applicable sales tax.
Tracking Orders
An order tracking number will be included in your order confirmation email. You will be able to use this number to track your package.
