If you not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item (s) within 7 days for an exchange or merchandise credit for future purchases (Excludes: *earrings, custom orders, incense, *sprays, *bath salts, *teas and *essential oils – *cannot be accepted for return due to hygienic reasons).  Item must be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition, unworn, unused and unaltered in any way. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn.

 

Please notify Divine Sisters Metaphysical Store, by email (contact@divinesistersmetaphysicalstore.com) before returning your item in order to obtain a return authorization code. The returned article (s) must be accompanied by a sales receipt and a Return Authorization Code.  The customer is responsible for the shipping and shipping fees of the returned product.

 

Items that have been worn or damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.

 

An exchange or merchandise credit will be given to the purchaser upon request, if payment has been received and the above criteria are met.
