• Gift Certificates are non-refundable, but may be exchanged for product or service of equal value.

• Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.

• If your gift certificate is lost, we may be able to look it up, however only if we can research it by date of purchase, name on gift certificate, or gift certificate number. We cannot research by credit card number.  A fee may be applied.

• Please note that our Gift Certificate is “ONLY valid for One Year" from the time of purchase, as it gives you the choice for using it on products and services.

• Expired Gift Certificates will be reviewed on a one-on-one basis, depending on the circumstances.
