Service Description

In this assessment session, our nutritionist will work with you to determine the main factors, including physical, emotional and spiritual, that are contributing to your health issues and will provide you with valuable specific guidance, life style changes and natural supplement recommendations, so that you can start feeling better and start experiencing positive changes in your health.   Prior to your initial appointment, you will be asked to fill out a detailed questionnaire to request information about your current health issues, your everyday life style habits, medications/or natural products you are currently taking, food and eating habits and more.  Our nutritionist will then analyze your answers and will discuss further questions, guidance, recommendations and next steps with you, during your session.   The session lasts 90 minutes and it is our nutritionist’s goal to provide you with clarity about your health main issue, what is causing it and what you can do to start the healing process, so you can begin to feel better, more empowered and be ready to experience life in a whole new positive way.    Also, please keep in mind, that in order to enjoy the full benefits that continual nutritional and holistic support can bring during your healing process, additional shorter follow up appointments are strongly recommended and will be advised during your initial session.   DISCLAMER Holistic healthcare practitioners are NOT Medical Doctors (MDs). Holistic healthcare practitioners are trained specialists who use non-invasive holistic practices to create a healthy environment for the mind, body and spirit. All services provided by CHOICE4HEALING are safe, non-invasive holistic methods of balancing the body’s physical, emotional, and nutritional needs. Client is encourage to continue to see any medical doctor he/she is currently under the care of, and that any prescription medication should not be altered without first consulting the Doctor who recommended it. Nothing said, done, typed, printed or reproduced by CHOICE4HEALING Practitioners is intended to diagnose, prescribe, treat or take the place of a licensed physician.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/No Show/Tardiness A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of an appointment, or you will be charged in full for the appointment. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged. Payment is due before your next appointment. No refunds will be given if you prepaid. Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time for your appointment. If you have not filled out our online intake forms, please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. Sickness Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived with a doctors note. Inclement Weather Policy In the event of inclement weather, your appointment may be cancelled. We believe that our clients should be safe and relax at home if road conditions are unsafe for travel. You will be notified by Alternative Healer if your appointment is cancelled due to weather.
